2.) Leftina from 21/06/2009

Today she was getting weak and restless again . I'm pretty sure that means she is going to lay eggs again . She hasn't been with Romeo for a while , I don't know if they will be a cartridge of 'blanks' . She headed for the cat-flap again and fell out the window so I picked her up and put her inside .





She wandered along the window frame and was obviously thirsty because she ducked her head down .





I fetched a teaspoon of water and gave her some on my finger ....



Eventually I just gave her the whole spoon so she could help herself ...



I'm fully expecting to see a batch of 'foamy eggs' tomorrow some time .
They apparently live up to 12 months - maybe she will live to see her babies hatch in spring ?
